Terms of Use

Welcome to Koshi. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Koshi app. By using Koshi you agree to these Terms. Koshi is designed for children to use together with, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. The account holder must be an adult.

1. The service

Koshi provides stories, sounds, animations, and related content for children. Content is streamed or downloaded from our servers and may change, be added to, or be removed over time.

2. Subscriptions

Some content requires a Koshi Plus subscription, offered as an auto-renewable monthly or yearly plan purchased through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Restoring purchases

If you reinstall Koshi or switch devices, use "Restore purchases" to regain access to an active subscription tied to your Apple ID. Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple; we do not store your payment details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly perform Koshi content, reverse-engineer the app, or use it in any unlawful way. All content, characters, and artwork in Koshi are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep Koshi available and safe, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may update the app and these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Koshi. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
